Polotskaya St., 4 (hereinafter referred to as the «Seller 2» or «Operator 2») regarding the processing of personal data, aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data, rights, and freedoms of individuals in the processing of their personal data;

1.1.2. Applies to relations related to the processing of personal data by LLC «Magiya Vkusa» and LLC «Majison»:
– Users of the website https://prosushi.by (hereinafter referred to as the «Site»),
– Clients contacting the contact center of LLC «Majison» and LLC «Magiya Vkusa»,
– Clients — consumers purchasing goods, services, works, and other programs and services in the stores of LLC «Majison» and LLC «Magiya Vkusa», and the online store https://prosushi.by.

1.1.3. Applies to all personal data processed by the Operator and Operator 2;

Developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 07.05.2021 No. 99-Z «On Personal Data Protection», the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 10.11.2008 No. 455-Z «On Information, Information Technology, and Information Protection», the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 21.07.2008 No. 418-Z «On the Population Register», and other regulatory legal acts regulating the relations related to the activities of the Operator and Operator 2;

1.1.6. Comes into effect from the moment of its approval.

2. 2. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data are the consent of the data subject, except in cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, when the processing of personal data is carried out without obtaining such consent.

2.2. The content and volume of personal data are determined by the necessity to achieve specific processing purposes, as well as the necessity for the Operator and Operator 2 to fulfill their rights and obligations, as well as the rights and obligations of the respective data subject.

2.3. The Operator and Operator 2 may process the following personal data for the established purposes:

– The data processing period expires;
– The data subject withdraws consent for the processing of their data;
– Unlawful data processing is detected.

3. 3. COOKIE POLICY

3.1. The Operator and Operator 2 process the following data:
– Data from cookies (text files stored in your browser);
– Device information (device type, IP address, browser type and settings, operating system, request source URL, etc.);
– Date and time of access;
– Content preferences (visited web pages, viewed, added to the «Cart» items);
– Advertising display information (ad content views, duration of ad display, user interaction with promotional content, etc.).

3.1.1. The information collection described in paragraph 3.1 is carried out by the Operator and Operator 2 for the purpose of:

1. 4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

4.1. The Operator and Operator 2 take necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

4.2. The Operator and Operator 2 have the right to transfer personal data to third parties for the purposes specified in accordance with this Policy, specifically to courier services, transporters, telecommunications operators, postal organizations, insurance companies, banks and their representatives, service centers (repair organizations), performers, and contractors under civil law contracts concluded with LLC «Majison» and LLC «Magiya Vkusa».

1. 5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

5.1. The data subject has the right to:

5.3. To exercise the right to withdraw consent (5.1.5), the data subject must send the relevant request to LLC «Magiya Vkusa» and/or LLC «Majison» in the form in which consent was provided.

5.4. The request must include:
– Surname, first name, patronymic (if available) of the data subject;
– Date of birth;
– Address of residence;
– Mobile phone number and/or email address provided at registration;
– Essence of the request;
– Identification number or identity document number (if the identification number is absent);
– Personal signature or electronic signature of the data subject.

5.5. The right to appeal the actions/inactions and decisions of the Operator and/or Operator 2 is exercised in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5.6. Assistance in exercising rights can be obtained by contacting the person responsible for internal control of personal data processing at the Operator, via email: info@prosushi.by.

5.7. If the data subject refuses to give consent to the processing of personal data, withdraws consent, or requests cessation of data processing, the Operator and Operator 2 will not be able to process the personal data unless otherwise stipulated by law. Cessation of data processing may make it impossible to continue providing goods and services to the data subject.

5.8. The person who provided the Operator and Operator 2 with incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate data, or data about another person without their consent, is responsible under the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

6. 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. Matters not covered by this Policy regarding personal data processing are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

6.2. If any provision of the Policy is found to contradict the law, the remaining provisions that comply with the law remain in force and valid, and the invalid provision will be considered removed or amended as necessary to ensure compliance with the law.

6.3. The Operator and Operator 2 have the right to unilaterally amend and/or supplement the terms of this Policy without prior notice to the data subjects by posting a new version of the Policy on the Site.
